Protein Expression Analysis
Splenocytes from both wild type (WT) BALB/c and homozygous B-hCD47 (C) mice were analyzed by flowcytometry.
Mouse CD47+ T cells were detectable in WT BALB/c, while human CD47+ T
cells were only detectable in the homozygous B-hCD47 (C) mice.
