Strain specific ICAM3 expression analysis in homozygous B-hICAM3 mice by flow cytometry. T cells and B cells from spleen were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hICAM3 mice (H/H), and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-ICAM3 antibody. Human ICAM3 was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hICAM3 mice but not in wild-type mice.
