Job Responsibilities:
1. Possess an international perspective, understand the development and changes in the field of pharmaceutical research and development, and make early plans for the development of animal and cell model products based on industry trends and market changes;
2. Deeply understand the market demand and application scenarios of model animals for product development, and be responsible for specific project management, collaborating with various departments to produce high-quality product data packages;
3. Conduct effective publicity and training for domestic and international markets, establish good market and customer relationships, and comprehensively and promptly promote and disseminate the BioMice brand and products.
Job Requirements:
1. Possess a solid foundation in academic research, with knowledge reserves or relevant industry experience in animal model development, immunology, physiology, and disease models, and hold a doctoral degree;
2. Passionate, with strong affinity and appeal, possessing excellent English language and writing skills, as well as interpersonal communication and organizational coordination abilities;
3. Have a strong sense of responsibility and mission, be good at observing, summarizing and proposing effective solutions.
