介绍
原位肿瘤模型是将肿瘤细胞系或来源于患者的细胞移植到动物模型体内与其原发部位相对应的组织中,从而在更贴近临床病理环境下研究肿瘤的发生发展。该策略能够在模拟人类疾病过程的临床前肿瘤模型中评估药物药效。通过原位肿瘤模型,我们可以精准监测并量化原发肿瘤的生长、转移活动以及对不同治疗方案的反应。
