OVA诱导的主动系统性过敏(ASA)模型,模拟I型超敏反应。 C57BL/6小鼠于第0天用OVA/Al(OH)₃进行致敏,并于第14天静脉注射OVA进行激发。从激发后0–90分钟持续监测直肠温度 (A)。OVA暴露导致体温下降 (B)、过敏评分升高 (C) 及血清IgE水平升高 (D),确认建立了一个强烈的IgE介导的I型超敏反应模型。数据以均值 ± SEM 表示 (n = 3–6)。
