    原位黑色素瘤模型的构建
    取雌性 B-NDG 小鼠 6 只，分别经皮内或静脉接种浓度为 5×10⁴、1×10⁵、1×10⁶ 的 B-Tg (CAG-Luc-EGFP) A375 细胞悬液。每周记录小鼠的体质量及肿瘤荧光信号。结果显示，小鼠肿瘤荧光信号呈逐渐升高趋势，表明该细胞株已成功构建为原位肿瘤模型。
