    原位胃癌模型的构建
    取雌性 B-NDG 小鼠 6 只，于胰腺头部或右侧胁部皮下接种浓度为 1×10⁵、5×10⁵、5×10⁶ 的 B-CMV-Luc SNU-5 细胞悬液。每周记录小鼠的体质量及肿瘤荧光信号。结果显示，小鼠肿瘤荧光信号呈逐渐升高趋势，表明该细胞株已成功构建为原位肿瘤模型。
