mRNA expression analysis
Strain specific analysis of IFNAR2 gene expression in wild-type mice and B-hIFNAR2 mice by RT-PCR. Mouse IFNAR2 mRNA was detectable in splenocytes of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and heterozygous B-hIFNAR2 mice (H/+). Human IFNAR2 mRNA was only detectable in heterozygous B-hIFNAR2 mice.
