Both mouse and human IL33 induced mouse IL-5 production in wild-type C57BL/6 mice and homozygous B-hIL33/hST2 mice.
OVA/hIL33-induced asthma model: Anti-human IL33 antibody and anti-human ST2 antibody were efficacious in reducing IgE in serum and inflammatory cell infiltration in BALF. H&E staining results showed a significantly reduction in inflammatory cell infiltration in mice treated with anti-human IL33 antibody and anti-human ST2 antibody (in-house) in lung.
