Gene targeting strategy for B-Ifnar1 KO mice. The exons 1~11 and 3’UTR of mouse Ifnar1 gene were knocked out in B-Ifnar1 KO mice.
Protein expression analysis
IFNAR1 expression analysis in wild-type C57BL/6N and B-Ifnar1 KO mice by flow cytometry. Splenocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6N and B-Ifnar1 KO mice. Mouse IFNAR1 was detectable in B cells, T cells, NK cells, DC cells, monocytes, macrophages and granulocytes of wild-type mice, but not in B-Ifnar1 KO mice.
