We generated a mouse model expressing human TROP2 in place of the murine counterpart.
Human TROP2 expression was detected in homozygous BhTROP2 mice by RT-PCR and western blot.
The distributions of T cells, B cells, NK cells, dendritic cells, granulocytes, monocytes and macrophages were similar between homozygous B-hTROP2 mice and wild-type mice.
These results suggest that humanized B-hTROP2 mice are an ideal model for preclinical evaluation of therapeutic drugs targeting human TROP2.
