Strain specific BAFFR expression analysis in homozygous B-hBAFFR mice by flow cytometry.Splenocytes were collected from WT and homozygous B-hBAFFR (H/H) mice, and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-BAFFR antibody. Mouse BAFFR was detectable in WT mice. Human BAFFR was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hBAFFR but not WT mice.
