Strain specific PGLYRP1 expression analysis in homozygous B-hPGLYRP1 mice by ELISA. Serum were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hPGLYRP1 mice (H/H), and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific PGLYRP1 ELISA kit. Mouse PGLYRP1 was detectable in wild-type mice (A) and human PGLYRP1 was exclusively detectable in homozygous mice but not the wild-type mice (B).
